In this project, we designed Cocktail Madness, a hybrid game aimed at inducing "eustress" (positive stress) and measuring physiological stress responses for psychological research. The final prototype was a browser-based game paired with a physical shaker for stress measurement and server-based data collection, alongside an online-only version for broader testing accessibility. Laying a foundation for further research into stress, the game was handed over to Tilburg University students for iterative improvements and continued development. Collaboration with our Unity game developer was crucial in achieving technical feasibility and delivering a satisfying user experience.
