DAM170 Values based leadership in business innovation

In this course, I gained skills in team building by becoming more aware of various team roles and personality types. We learned how to align our personal values as a team to work on systemic challenges provided by companies such as Jumbo and PostNL. The course emphasized designing business interventions tailored to the client companies and their stakeholders by aligning both team values and company values.
