1ZM90 Open Innovation

In this course I gained understanding of open innovation, including its differences from the closed innovation model and the critical components of an open innovation business model. I explored strategies for facilitating outside-in and inside-out innovation perspectives. This knowledge was applied to a 'real-life' scenario through the 'Open Innovation Management Game'. Alternating between lectures and playing rounds of the simulation game, allowed me to put theory to practice.
